One armed bandits and manageress

Went to Galaxy on sat 23rd.was on .02 cent machines by cashier.i noticed that when I win The win doesn't always add to my balance.so.when I 'won' and never added.called the technician, whom called the manageress. Said manageress says unheard of,will investigate...still waiting...if this is a taste of things.imagining if I shud hit the jackpot...won't wanna pay.whats the point.....
