No Service

Went to the pavillion branch last night to go have some drinks, went to the smoking section inside and not even one customer at 18:15pm, waited at our table for 30mins and not even one waiter assisting us for drinks or food. No wonder the place is empty, due to your horrible service. I am a regular visitor at your Galleria branch where you basicaly have to call a waiter yourself to get attention aswell. This establishment of yours is a joke. No manager on your floor to see to customers or getting waiters to see to their tables. You had over 6 waiters there last night all standing around doing nothing. Why do i have to get up and ask for them to come help me, why are you not running your business properly....I am a restaurant owner myself and this is pure lack of commitment from the owner and its management. Just plain horrible. You wont be open for long.
