ENTIRE SHOCKING SERVICE

The attitudes of staff from waitresses to senior management was so shocking it amazes me how that business still has its doors open and there are customers. The general attitude of all staff is basically 'dont bother me i am not interrsted' When approaching manageress it gets even worse. She Gillian cuts me off and tells me she has heard enough and if i dont like it i am more than welcome to leave and she walks off. They have the attitude of 'we as customers should be happy and greatfull that they are allowing us to spend our money there' It amazes me how people with those attitudes are employed at all. I would not take any staff from galaxy bingo even if the were to work for free. My business is worth alot and seeing people destroy customers ideas on what is acceptable is the quickest contributor to towards closing shop. Galaxy bingo should urgently review how staff are destroying the Boksburg branch.
