Dirty eating utensils x 2!!

We visited galaxy bingo Boksburg on Friday as we do for the past 20 odd years. When the food came the utensils was dirty and my wife had to go and look for the waiter to replace the utensils. My wife spoke to the manager on duty , Innocent but he didn’t reply at all. When I ordered tea later again I had to return the cup as it was full of black dust or something. Again we had to wait for the waitress to replace the cup. Surely an establishment of your nature can afford to invest in people or equipment to ensure the utensils are clean! Or at least the kitchen manager can take some pride in his / her work to ensure everything that leaves the kitchen is clean.
