Definitely don't understand communicate

On the 22 of January 2018, I had phoned galaxy bingo pavilion to make a booking. I requested a table for 3 in the smoking area of bingo. Upon our arrival nobody was in sight to show us to our table, once we found our was and got ourselves seated someone came by to see if we wanted drinks. When we asked when bingo started we were told they play every hour on the hour, then after a few minutes we were informed that galaxy bingo doesn't do bingo on a Monday. Had this tiny fact been mentioned during the phone call when making my booking I would have booked for a day on which bingo is actually played. We decided to stay for food and how I wish we hadn't, besides the fact that the food we received was luke warm at best, the mushrooms were watery and burned, the spicy chicken wings were simply just plain wings with bottle sauce thrown over them, the focaccia was basically just a tasteless kiddies pizza with cheese on it, the bacon pizza had more fat on it than bacon. By far one of the worst meals I've ever had. A waste of my time which I could have spent with my children.
