Poor Service

I purchased an Iterm online 4 days later after ordering i was told there was no stock as they made a false AD on thier Ecom . Asked them to refund me its been 15 days I've been waiting ,Galxboy has a pathetic service they **** to me about my refund .I was told that they will process it , I would not recommend for any one to buy from thier Ecom platform.
