Take care of your carpets

I bought a Chobi 12 years ago. I was told to keep it in good condition as certain pieces increase in value over time. Recently took it for cleaning and was surprised to hear my carpet is worth over 40% more now than what I paid for it at the time. Very helpful people. Will recommend to others.
