Terrible!

If I could give negative stars I would. Service is absolutely shocking. Every single staff member we spoke to or had at our house we unfriendly and so unhelpful. Every time you call into the offices they can’t give you an answer or don’t know what that talking about. We waited around for 2 days for the technician to show up, then he did half a job and left not even informing us on what was wrong with our AC. when I called and spoke to the manager she seemed like maybe she could help, and just made me more frustrated with the emails she was sending me, that didn’t even make sense! I would NOT recommend to use these people ever!!
