WARNING! ****MER! GALANT'S APPLIANCE IS A ****! I purchased a Samsung washer/dryer from Galants Appliances through Facebook Marketplace (Ayaz Abraham's) from Abduraghmaan (Muammer/"Manie") Galant
WARNING! ****MER! GALANT'S APPLIANCE IS A ****! I purchased a Samsung washer/dryer from Galants Appliances through Facebook Marketplace (Ayaz Abraham's) from Abduraghmaan (Muammer/"Manie") Galant. The machine was sold with a written 6-month warranty, yet the warranty was never honoured. The machine passed the test cycle, but when used properly it developed an extremely loud mechanical noise. Worse, the drum had an overpowering chemical odour reminiscent of turpentine, rendering it UNUSABLE. I contacted him immediately. He repeatedly apologised and promised to repair or replace the machine. Weeks passed without replies. He would message saying he would come "today" or "tomorrow", then NEVER ARRIVE. This continued until he STOPPED RESPONDING. A reputable appliance dealer found it had been assembled from MISMATCHED SPARE PARTS, spray-painted to CONCEAL EXTENSIVE RUST, and was BEYOND REPAIR. It was S****PED. I LOST THOUSANDS despite a written warranty. DO NOT BUY FROM GALANT'S APPLIANCES OR ABDURAGHMAAN!!
