A **** furniture shop!

Firstly the customer service is utterly disgusting, the "owners" have no respect for customer it is appalling. They are a ****, you pay a separate amount if you paying with a card with an addition of R200 to the original amount. I have spent over 2hrs after paying for my furniture waiting for God knows what because they are not giving me a straight answer. The consumer rights of South Africans are violated can someone please intervene.
