Faulty Goods Sold Here

I bought a Suitcase branded “PowerUp” at Gaily at the Mall@reds shopping center and it is faulty. in that it doesn’t want to open after locking. I went back into the shop to have it opened and I was told that they only sell bags and don’t fix them if they have a problem. The owner refused to come and assist and only responded by saying that he will only come here at 17h00 when the shop closes. The customer service in this shop is absolutely appalling. I wouldn’t recommend anyone to buy anything from this shop.
