Very bad service

I'm so angry with this company.. So in December I hit a pothole and it damaged my car and my insurance said it best for me to use a car rental till the car is sort out.. Now right the first day of me getting the rental car there was a problem with the car and which meant I had to go to the airport to get another car and when I got the first car isn't on a full tank.. Then I returned the car on 11th of February at the airport at 11 and not 10 but I called and they called me days before the time to make sure that I'll be able bring the car on that date but I did tell them due to work that I could only make it for 11 that morning and they said it was fine.. Now the joke is that they are making me pay for a full for the car and they are taking money from fuel but I didn't get the car on a full tank and I told them about it.. This is the worst company ever. I would never use them again in my life.. All they do is lie and they never get back to you.. You have to beg them for answers.. Please guys keep your eyes open when it comes to them
