SHOCKING SERVICE

My insurance company uses Gage for all their car rentals when cars go in for repairs. I have sadly had to have car hire 3 times in 2 years, and out of those 3 times, the two times I didn't complain to my insurer, Gage have provided me with the WRONG CATEGORY CAR!!!!! SO I PAY FOR A GROUP B CAR, BUT they decide I'm an idiot and won't notice the difference between a POLO AND A SPARK...
