Incorrectly Charged

The curtesy car was returned on time. I phoned the office and they advised me to me to leave the car at the panel better as they didn't have drivers available. now I'm charged for 2 days extra.. why if the car was taken on the 18th November and returned on the 9th of December 2017...isn't that 21days ? where is the extra 2days coming from?
