********** no refund for access waiver

This company has said they have a refund turn around time of 5 days on refunds its been 18 days since I contacted them for my refund . They deducted R1050 which is for a full months access waiver . I returned the car after 5 days which comes to R175. I'm owed R875 And I'm still waiting Iv read alot of these about this company and I'm surprised that it's still happens which Means that this ********** action is a normal thing and if u don't have the time to check and make a fuss that they will just keep ur money . This thing of holding money on ur credit card is the problem because they feel u have already given them the money so it's fine just to take all of it . I'm really not happy that our insurance just forces this apon us and then leaves us to deal with it on our own . I feel that we are paying our insurance premium and all cost that occur with in that claim should be covered . ( Holland insurance)
