Car Hire inconvenience

I am absolutely appalled by the services of this company. I explicitly told them that my vehicle will be taken to repairs 24 hours prior to requiring a courtesy car in order for them to prepare themselves to provide for me a car on time. I live in an area where Uber, Bolt and most e-hailing services are not available. Living 10km away from where where I work without an alternative, meaning without transport I am not able to get to work i.e. today I missed a days work due to them being unable to aquire me a courtesy vehicle. I was told an alternative was going to be made instead I am told 3 days waiting time for a vehicle meaning 3 days of being unable to travel to work because I don't always work in 1 location. Apppauling service indeed and I'm highly disappointed as I'm inconvenienced a possible 3 days of being unable to travel for work duties.
