Bad attitude towards clients

My wife and I returned their Hired car after using it during repairs on our car.We have not received our refund for the Fuel deposit.We keep being sent from pillar to post.The reception fails to direct calls to Linet or she doesnt pick her calls.Worst service ever...attend to client calls please.<br>
