Bus Capacity

Today its Friday the 27th of March and its my 5th day taking the bus to work as per normal and I have been standing every morning of the this week from Grabouw to Somerset west.This has been happening a lot because they using a bus with few seats tha the normal bus which leavea us standing when we paid the same price as people seated.i have called and complakned in their offices of which I didn't get any positive response but I'm continuing getting to work tired of standing for 45 minutes and even more at times.
