Complaint for non delivery

In November I made an online order for shoes and paid. I was promised that my order was received and will be processed. According to the website deliveries take 5 to 7 working days.

I made the order on the 28th of November and the delivery has not been done and there's no communication in terms of what is happening with my my order.

I've been following via email because I could not get their phone number anywhere and no response has been received. This is really frustrating because I was buying those shoes for my child for Christmas. At this point I don't want the shoes anymore I just need my money back. Please assist.
