? **** Gadgetshop

I first communicate with Gadgetshop asking them about a Looflighter. They responded and said that their warehouse in Rooihuiskraal is closed but will deal online. I ordered and paid for the Looflighter which went through my bank account. Then I received an email that something went wrong and there is nothing ordered. I send then emails to addresses asking clarification. No response received. I am just wondering whether this is a ****. Please help!
