Gadgets-Hub’s behavior borders on theft and *****

Dear Hello Peter, I regret to inform you of my extremely disappointing experience with Gadgets-Hub. I purchased a Gel Battery from them, but unfortunately, it did not meet my expectations. Within just 6 months, I encountered several issues, prompting me to return the product. My order number was 341569, and the waybill for the return was TOG***2. Despite my attempts to communicate via email and WhatsApp, I received no response from Lindi or any other representative. This lack of communication left me frustrated and dissatisfied. To make matters worse, when I escalated the matter to the Ombud, they were unable to resolve the issue due to technical limitations. In my opinion, Gadgets-Hub’s behavior borders on theft and *****. I strongly advise against purchasing from them. On a positive note, there is an alternative: another company called IGagetHub (***). Please be aware of the names to avoid any confusion.
