Bad service from Gadgethub

I bought a fieldbar cooler box on the 10th of January 2024, I then received an email a couple of days later that the order has been dispatched. I waited for weeks and then a month and still waiting. I have tried to reach out to them but to no avail. Phone number is no longer working, the website is currently under construction. I have never heard anything from them since placing an order.
