Do NOT TRUST this business

I ordered a product and confirmed with Lawrence ***) that it was in stock; their system showed five units available. After waiting more than four days for delivery, I was informed by Raymond (who claims to be the owner - ***) that they actually had no stock. Instead, he attempted to sell me a different item I didn’t need. I then requested a refund. Initially, they couldn’t process the refund back to my card, which seemed odd, and instead asked for my bank account details. Even after providing this, I still waited another four days for the refund, despite his promise to process it the same day, which he did not. BE VERY CAREFUL WHEN DEALING WITH THIS COMPANY. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THEM.
