buy your electronics from a well known supplier, at least you can have some recourse if anything goes wrong.

i purchased a mini ups for my wifi router from gadgets and geeks in clearwater mall a week ago. the shop assistant failed to tell me that i had to set the voltage of the ups and that its a plug and play. needless to say, the ups blew my new router. i got my money back for the ups, but i had to lay out R2000 for a new router. i think its fair to ask that they provide me with another ups at no charge or pay at least half the amount of the new router another red flag. none of the telephone numbers work!
