Gadgetalot / SmokeBuddy have ****** almost R2,000 and shut up shop

When i first discovered Gadgetalot.com, i was so taken that i was singing their praises and recommending it to everyone that on two occasions i was asked if i actually worked for them.

All was perfect until their recent move to sell all their vaping things under another name and site - SmokeBuddy.

On the first of June I went to the site and placed my usual monthly order, which came to almost R2,000. As usual i paid via EFT thru the Payfast gateway.

After a day or two i went onto the SmokeBuddy site to see the status of my order and saw that my order was canceled. I was not informed about the cancelation. And as of today, the 14th of the month, i have still not received my refund.

Both Gadgetalot.com and SmokeBuddy have not rep**** to any of my emails. Their contact number is a cellphone that has been switched off. Even more concerning is the fact that both websites are now unavailable.
