********* and terrible customer service

********* business practice, no concern for customer service. We tried to return 2 items, it did not have all the parts as mentioned on the box and 2nd was unwanted gift. Tried to return it after 7days, they bluntly refused to give us a cash refund. Staff cannot even escalate the matter to the manager Jeremy ********** 822, who they are not allowed to contact for any customer complaints said Ashraf the sales person because he (Jeremy) would get upset. Most ridiculous thing I've ever heard. They told us to send an e-mail to complain but can't guarantee that the manager would get back to us. After almost an hour in the store we had to leave with a gift card which we don't want as we do not want to purchase anything further from this store. I wouldn't recommend anyone to shop there, I was already nervous to buy the one item as it had a "returned" Sticker on it...
