Unacceptable turnaround time

I bought an ipad game consul in August 2014. In December the device just shut down on it's own while one was still busy with it. I then decided to take the device back on the 09/01/2015 for repairs I was told it will take a month. I have since gone to the shop once a week and they would just tell me next week every time. I am just would like to know after the month has gone by they still cannot give me an answer after the device has been with them for 2 months. I feel it is unacceptable that they just shove their shoulders up in the air when I have no device and to be able to enjoy. I want my device or my money back one or the other.
