Pathetic Service

<p>I booked my phone in at Gadget Time Tygervalley to have my screen replaced, it has been 20 days and I still have'nt got it back. The manager of the store always has an excuse when I contact them but there was never any effort made to contact me explaining why it might take longer than the intial agreement of 7 working days. The only times I heard from them was when I personally went there or called them. There were promises made on 3 occasions that my phone will be there in the next 2 days. I am getting fedup with having to run after them waiting for my phone, I don't feel I should be paying R2000,00 for such poor service.</p>
