Pathetic product support at Gadget Time

I went into the shop to enquire on the warrantee of a product. The item was tested by the staff member and found faulty. After the replacement product has been fetched, the person looked at the invoice and told me it was passed the 30 day exchange. While he was getting the faulty product I read above the till their policy and it stated that their is a 6 months warrantee. When I asked about it, he had to call someone. Pathetic product support. Not the first time I had issues with a product I bought at Gadget Time. Never again!
