Miscommunication and kept under false pretence. ***

Im am not happy at all.with Gadget time on Sunday the 16 May enroute to home, I popped in at Somersetmall and decide to get my adapter from samsung then saw Gaget Time and though Id get and aux cable I distinctly told the guy Im not sure if mine is in the car but if it is then I will return this 1 and I wont open it also that Im in Tygervalley so will just credit it at Tygervalley he said 14 days Cash back. He did not make mention that I can't credit it in Tygervalley . Today I took it back to Gadget time Tygervalley still unopened and the guy there tells me I have to take it back to Somerset mall it show on there T&C . It is 1 franchise and there was false communication at Somerset otherwise I would have never bought it. product is still in same condition bought. I PAID R150 now I must take it back to Somerset that is just crazy. I will never let my son buy anything from Gadget time and neither will I who am in retail advise any1 to ever buy from Gadget Time as I feel they were dishonest in making me believe I can change it anywhere. Even though it say on slip they should have communicated the truth when I asked. Most upset I will advise every1 I know not to support them.
