Has the worst customer service and experience i ever had, my mom bought my son a Bluetooth speaker dated 29 / 08 / 2019 went back to the store the monday 02 / 09 / 2019 to return device as my son was unhappy and the device was extremely soft...

In store spoke to johan they wouldnt reason and would not give me a refund... It was in its original packaging and ready to return....

I took the matter further to speak to someone higher, contactes a guy called jeremy he promised to email the owner and get back to me same day... Its the next day and teying to call all day and no answer.

What is happening here... Its a R250 speaker, and i would like my money back.

VERY UNHAPPY.

WILL NEVER RECOMMEND THIS STORE EVER!!!

I have my original tax receipt and want my money refunded ASAP...
