Gadget Time, Tygervalley Mall, Western Cape

<p>Good Morning,</p> <p>I purchased a glass screen protector from Gadget Time Tygervalley Mall on 18 December 2016. The shop attendant app**** it and afterwards I noticed that the screen guard isn't applying or sticking in the corners and looks terrible. He explained that ALL the Iphone 7's have the same problem and that they cant help to fix it and will gladly replace with a plastic screen protector.</p> <p>Today I contacted Johan (store manager) and explained the situation and he is adamant that my phone's screen is reject and that 1-in-10 Iphone 7's have this manufacturing problem. It seems that what the gentleman told me yesterday isn't true even though Johan (store manager) confirmed his story to me because Johan was standing next to the gentleman speaking to me.</p> <p>When I called today, Johan (store manager) offered to replace the old screen protector with a new screen protector but if the screen protector does the same thing then he will be forced to charge me another R250.00.</p> <p>I asked Johan to please refund me my R250.00 because I don't want to take the risk of paying for another screen protector and I don't feel it's fair for the customer to take that risk. I feel Gadget Time should have informed me of the risk verbally because they obviously apply countless Iphone 7 screen protectors per day and know what might/will happen.</p> <p>Johan (store manager) also informed me there is a liability page on the cashier counter which I never saw.</p> <p>Could someone please get back to me asap.</p> <p>Regards,</p> <p>Louis <br /><br /></p> <p> </p>
