I would like to chat with the owner of this store.

We visited your Canal Walk branch today and your staff accused my son of opening up a rubic cube and messing up the patterns, I asked them for proof of this as there were many kids in your store and being a store owner myself I have taught my kids how to handle stock on shelves. I asked for proof, only to be Ignored. When proof could not be provided, your staff had a terrible attitude and besides upsetting my 12 year old son who’s never been accused before and was tearful afterwards and not even an apology. This is not how your treat your clients!!!!

I would also like to note that you lost a sale because of their attitude and accusations. I also asked a few times for prices and to which they couldn’t give me an exact price and were too lazy to pick up the item and tell us the price!!!

I would like this looked into and an apology to my son. You don’t accuse someone of things like that and especially accuse a child!
