Gadget Time - Excellent customer services

After struggling with Takealot to collect a return on a product, direct contact was made with the actual seller. Although it could not be determined which branch the item came from, Gadet Time was prepared to have me take the item to their nearest store - which in this case was Blue Route - so that they may check the functionality of the item and assist where possible. Since I have not had any response from Takealot (in 11 days), I am really happy that the actual seller considered me a customer worth making happy by ensuring that I receive what I purchased - the ability to use the product.
