Gadget Time does not honour warranties

The staff/management at Gadget Time have no idea what customer service is. They do not honour warranties of products sold at the stores and shrug off any suggestions to replace faulty items. The products are of an inferior quality. My recommendation is to shop around. The smaller cellular shops have must better quality items, provide better value for money products and are friendlier. Will not enter another Gadget Time.
