Gadget Time does not care about its Customers

Canal Walk Branch I purchased "MobileTelephoto Lens" for IP6/IP6S Phone in May 2018 for R699.95. I have used the item with success. I upgraded my iPhone in December to an IP7 The interface "phone case" for IP6S does not match the IP7, rendering the Lens kit useless!! Gadget Time refused to exchange the phone case, which would have solved the problem. Indeed, they could have exchanged an IP7 kit for my (as new, original packaging) IP6S kit with me paying an upgrade fee. They refused and said they can do nothing to help and the only solution is for me to purchase a new IP7 kit @ R750. SHOWS UNCARING LACK OF ATTENTION TO CUSTOMERS' NEEDS. WILL THINK TWICE BEFORE SHOPPING AT GADGET TIME AGAIN, HAVING BEEN A GOOD CUSTOMER IN THE PAST.
