Faulty item

Horrible company. Spent R300 on something at Gadget time, long story short...the item was faulty. I went back to gadget time and they simply refused to refund my money back, telling me it's a sale itme. What bull is that. They issued me with a credit note instead. What the hell, for R250, this flippen shop is so expensive. Used the credit note to buy something of R149, still they refused to refund my money. What the hell can I buy for R100 at that shop. Bad experience, I will not recommend anyone to buy at that shop
