Bad Management at Century City

Gadget Time made a mistake that ended up burning my motherboard. They handled things very well and yet to be resolved but they have the worst manager ever. The manager told me that this was a personal issues with the person who served and called me "unreasonable" "ranting" and "irrational". All this before walking away without resolving my isssue. Jordan was amazing and still helping me with the issue. He has more capacity to deal with clients than the manager.
