Bad Disappointing Customer service

Bad customer service. You always have to tale them for feedback and sometimes no responforses for weeks on end. Very disappointing and bad attitude. Would not recommend. Device was broken months after Purchase. After they fixed it some of the accessories were missing from the box and they are no longer taking calls or answering messages
