A shop with no Guarantees?

This shop is in Green Valley shopping center. Greenstone Hill. Bought a cell phone holder for the car, and it broke after three months, but only used it four or five times. The shop owner told me that these things can break at any time so have no guarantee, and actually nothing in the shop has a guarantee. So, just a warning. If you shop there, try to get a guarantee in writing. No guarantee, no purchase, if you have any sense.
