Gadget Gallery festival mall *********** repairs, they ruin phones to unrepairable.

I am rating them a 0, they are ****mers. I went to Gadget gallery to buy a screen protector and phone cover for myself and my daughter. My daughter's screen was cracked, they said that they'll fix it. When we came to pick up the phone he changed the finger print without my consent but the finger print never worked I told them to put back the original finger print but never worked again. Now the phone totally stopped working and when I went to complain they wanted more money to fix it because it fell. I reminded them that it came with lot of cracks, however it was still working and only stopped worked after they "fixed it" it fell once and stopped working. We had that phone for over 4 years you can imagine how many times it fell. They gave me attitude and told me they don't care when I told them I'll report them to the centre management. Never go to Gadget gallery at Festival mall, they are ****** and ****mers. The name is Wassem Ali: ***. I send the centre management an email but they told me that they don't get involved, they'll forward the email to the owner. Never heard anything from the owner.
