repair is faulty and they broke my back cover.

My phone screen was replaced, in the process my speaker was damaged. They then repaired my speaker but broke my back cover. I have sent many emails trying to get management to contact me but have received no reply. I now am sitting with a bad repair and a back cover that is cracked by them. I have only been able to contact them via email as they do not have a working phone. This whole things has taken over a month and still not resolved.
