Gaget Candy Baywest

Baywest mall PE, went to replace my screen and was ensured that my finger prints will work. It ended up not working and was promised that they replace it. Everytime I go in store for this replacement they just inform me that the technician is not available, and now the most recent from a new employee said that the other employee **** to me and that they cannot replace my screen.
