No refund on school fees

I have not been refunded all my money for fees that I paid in advance. The school is not willing to engage at any level, no statements, nothing, even though I have requested it several times. The principal of Gabriel's House nor the owner have weighed in on the matter once and also ignore my request to come see them. Also purchased clothing that I never received nor was refunded for.
