Poor service

After numerous requests about gabriel shocks that failed in the warranty period of 36 months I continually receive an auto mail that the would contact me but needless to say I have only received one reply and the is from a lady from Torreparts but because it is a warranty claim she could not help me and referred the case back to Gabriel but without any reaction from them.
