Gaslift shock absorber search

I needed 2 x Gabriel Gaslift shock absorbers for my vehicles boot lid. I tried all the usual outlets and eventually landed up at the Gabriel Shocks factory in Retreat, Cape Town. Although I was not allowed into the factory, I gave all my details to the Security who then handed it over to the Sales Team.

I received a call, not 15 minutes later, from Bruce Cornwall. What an amazing person and experience! He asked me all the usual questions and promised to find out where I could purchase or have the shocks regassed. A few phone calls later ended with Bruce saying that the factory would be manufacturing these particular shocks during the next week and he would put a special order in for me with a retailer but in the meantime, if I wanted to I could try one retailer that he knew would be able to either help or advise me on what to do.

I have subsequently had the shocks regassed at one of the retailers suggested to me by Bruce, which has made me one very happy puppy.

I want to thank Bruce Cornwall for all his assistance and being extremely helpful. Gabriel Shocks, Retreat are blessed to have Bruce on their team and sincerely hope that he receives acknowledgement for his hard work.
