BEST SERVICE EVER

WOW talk about great service! I have a 1958 Riley 2.6 with shock absorbers that need replacing. I contacted Gabriel 03-03-2014 and after explaining my problem, I was put through to Mr Layton Beukes. His telephone manor was exemplary. He suggested that I bring the old shocks through and see if they could be matched up. A friend and I drove through from Velddrif (140km from Cape Town 04-03-2015)<br> On arrival we were expected by Security and escorted to Reception where Mr Beukes awaited us. He introduced us to Mr Chris Wilkenson who would assist us. Armed with catalogs, manuals, pen, paper and a vernier, a while later I was in possession of part numbers that would do the job. All of the time spent with Mr Wilkenson he was extremely patient and courteous. (I am supposed to wear hearing aids but often don't. I think I should have worn them yesterday)<br> We were introduced to Mr Ivan More O'Ferrall who showed great interest in my old car. Mr Wilkenson escorted us to security, where to my surprise my grumpy old friend asked to shake Mr Wilkenson's hand, saying he had never experienced service of such a high standard<br> Well done Gabriel
