Bad services

We made a booking with them and now we are unhappy with the services because of the way they treating us and decided to cancel our booking with them a week before. We are not aware of any cancellation policy hence why we cancelled with them. We are now told that we are supposed to assume that coz we made our first booking through booking.com the same terms and conditions apply with them.

The manager and the admin lady even walked out on us while we were busy talking to them.

Sad service from them as the manager herself doesn't know the cancellation policy.
