Gaanbos Trading Potchefstroom - No service!

I went to them for assistance with obtaining my firearm license. They asked me to pay before they can assist me. So I paid them in full as requested and I gave them all required documents. I waited +-3months and then they said that they will follow up on the progress. I got no feedback and at the end of 2019 I went to their shop in Potchefstroom to enquire about this - all they told me is to come back once Riaan is there.

I have sent numerous emails to Riaan, but never got a response.

I still didn't get anything from them and would like to get my refund.
