malls overcrowded

I'm very stressed and heart broken to see hundreds of people with an inch away from one another which contradicts what the state president said ie gathering of less than 50 people in a funeral or any other gathering..

No police presence nor army could be seen anywhere.

Inside mall they only make one meter space but what about thousands outside . if one person if corona positive, how many people will be Infected

Lock down won't be effective if government doesn't enforce law and order.
